64 bit support for games to work on MacOS
64 bit support for your games to continue to work on MacOS that you sell on the App Store.

Go to the Apple Menu and select "About this Mac". If you have a Core Duo processor, you have a 32-bit CPU. Otherwise (Core 2 Duo, Xeon, i3, i5, i7, anything else), you have a 64-bit CPU. Mac OS X is fairly bitness-agnostic, so either should work.

Please update the Double Fine games on GOG.com too. I'm not buying a new version of the games on the Mac App Store.

FYI, Broken Age, Grim Fandango, DOTT and Full Throttle have just been updated to 64-bit.
Thanks, Double Fine!
Please we need Grim fandango, full throttle, day of the tentacle to work in 64bit

I just recently bought Full Throttle, Day of the Tentacle and Grim Fandango remastered editions only to find out they do not work on the current macOS version which is Catalina.
Can you please add support for the current macOS Version if you are still selling these games as of now? Thanks.
I second this. I love Full Throttle and with my son getting older, I'd really enjoy sitting down with him to play it, however, I'm now on Catalina and it's no longer supported. :(

Not just on the Mac App Store, the remastered LucasArts games sold on Steam are also 32-bit games, so they also won't run on mac 10.15 Catalaina or later unless they are updated to 64-bit. This is actually the main reason I'm not upgrading my OS right now, because I bought these games just a while ago, and would like to actually enjoy them.
I e-mailed Double Fine support about this issue in May, and got a message saying "Thanks for the message, we'll get back to you as soon as possible!" and then never heard from them. :o(
