Psi Kings Sensorium Game-Ending glitch
When in the Psi King Sensorium, i found the instruments for touch and sound before the instruments for taste and smell.
After beating the final arena, instead of the taste and sound instruments it warped me back to the post-arena area for touch and smell, there is no way out of the area and no method for going back to a previous area within the level to work around.
Basically I'm stuck in an already-cleared area with no way to progress the game.

What do you do if it still happens? My roomate just had this happen. Is there a work around she's using my xbox x the version uploaded is 1.1.21.0.

The same bug has happened for me. After being teleported to that climbing area just before the panic attack battle to get the instruments. I lost the battle against the panic attack, but my game played the following cutscene as if I had defeated the panic attack and gotten the instruments. Once the cutscene was over I was left at that final battleground platform just underneath the instruments with no way back to the van, or any other way out. The instruments were gone. Exiting the brain takes me back to the mail room, and going to either end of the level reveals no other way out. Please help with this issue, as there is no way to roll back to a previous save. Thank you.

I am having the same issue. The last 2 instruments did not show up and could not trigger the final cut scene. I am on an XBox Series X.
