Game 100%ed but some achievements locked (Series X)
I've 100%ed my game, every tick, every objective, every figment etc. However I have a few story related achievements that haven't unlocked. I'm restarted my game, also restarted my xbox. No dice. I did originally have an issue with my pins not unlocking after getting them all, but that fixed itself. I'm using Quick Resume, which seems to be an issue for this.
One of the achievements thats broken however is the one to destroy all the gramophones. Even though I've been in the level and back to the areas they once were, the achievement still hasn't popped.
Hoping there's a fix you guys can push. GOTY 2021 so far, no question.

Same for me. I noticed a gap mid way through which stood out where no story progress achievements occurred. I’ve now also just 100% the game today, and have 5 Secret Achievements still locked.

Just destroyed the 3rd of 3 gramophones moments ago, and no achievement for me, either. On Xbox One, bought the game, not on game pass.
