On windows 10 (gamepass). The strike city segment for Ford was completed (removing the shard at the end from inside Ford's head). I returned to collect the rest of the figments after completing bob's bottles and cassie's level. I collected the last 4 figments for strike city on return to that level (the game popped up the 100%! message). I continued on through the level to the tunnel of love and then to the empty inside of Ford's head (with no shard present). No way to leave so I quit out. I had not saved since collecting those last 4 figments. The figment list shows them as missing on return but they are not present within the strike city world. I completed the game to the end with no issues, it's just a bummer that I can't get all figments now.
