Search for your issue and if you can't find it please create a new issue for it. We'll get back to you as soon as possible. Please make sure to be as descriptive as possible, and if you are using a PC it really helps if you include a DXDiag! You can create one by following these steps:
1. Enter the Windows Start Menu
2. Type run, and enter the run app
3. type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"
4. check through the tabs and perform all tests
5. click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to alocation of your choice
6. Send us that text file.
